ThinkVerse AI (ThinkVerse AI Co., Ltd.) is a Thai AI consulting and solution development company. Our name joins Think with Universe, and comes down to a single line: From Thought to Universe. Given the right data and the right tools, one thought will reach further than the person who had it first intended.
We work in four areas. The first is developing and delivering modern technology solutions, AI and Generative AI in particular. The second is in-depth data analysis, together with the design of dashboards and summary reports that support strategy. The third is building skills and carrying organisations through change with technology learning and workshops. The fourth is putting systems in place that make an organisation ready for AI: IoT, cloud and data platform. These four are not separate from one another. The data platform we lay down becomes the dashboards, the dashboards become the basis for forecasting models and chatbots, and the team that has been through the training is the team that looks after all of it afterwards.
We have seen enough to know that AI projects which go no further usually stall not because the model was not good enough, but because they set out to solve a problem nobody was troubled by, or delivered a system nobody in the organisation could look after. So we always start from the work as it is actually done, build a prototype that shows results quickly, connect to the systems the client has already invested in rather than tearing them out, and close the project by passing the knowledge to the in-house team along with the system.
How we work
Start from the problem, not from the technology
Our first questions are who has to decide what, and where time and cost are being lost at the moment. The answer itself tells us whether the right thing is Agentic AI, a forecasting model, a chatbot connected to a knowledge base, or simply a dashboard that is easier to read than the one you have.
Show something real quickly, before the full investment
We build a prototype on your own data early in the project, so that the decision to scale up comes from something you can handle and try out, rather than from a description in a document.
Connect to what is already there, rather than replacing it
Most of our work is joining new capability to what an organisation already runs: ERP, CRM, HRIS, internal databases, and chat channels such as LINE OA or web chat.
Deliver the system together with people who can use it
Every project ends with training for users and administrators, because a system with no owner inside the organisation stops developing the day the outside team withdraws.
Take care of data and risk from the start
PDPA, data access rights, model risk and the governance framework are part of the design from the first day, not documents that follow afterwards, and they are also what we teach in the Data & Governance for AI course.
