Role Puts the systems in place, from the server up to the core software

ThinkVerse Infrastructure is the line that lays the foundation for the whole organisation: installing servers and the network, running a Local LLM so AI works on the organisation's own machines without data leaving the building, putting in an ERP so finance, purchasing, stock and sales share one set of data, and installing ThinkOS as the common workspace people and AI agents share. Once the foundation is there, the other lines build straight on top of it: the agents Frontier makes and the new processes Transformation designs.

Servers and network: starting from the hardware

We can start before the organisation even has a machine: choosing the right specification for the work, whether on-premise servers, GPU machines for AI or the cloud, then installing the system, the network, the firewall and backups, and looking after it once it is handed over. We set up a client's systems the way we run our own machine, where around twenty web applications run side by side.

  • Specifying and installing on-premise servers and GPU machines for AI work.
  • Network, firewall, reverse proxy and TLS certificates that renew themselves.
  • Backups, a recovery plan and round-the-clock health checks.
  • Cloud on GCP, Azure, AWS or DigitalOcean, or a hybrid with machines on site.

Local LLM: AI that lives inside your organisation

Some work cannot send its data to an outside AI provider: customer records, internal documents, data covered by PDPA. We install an open-weight LLM on the organisation's own servers, connect it to internal documents with RAG, and open it to the team through chat or to AI agents that call it. The data stays on the organisation's machines throughout, and the cost does not climb with every call.

  • Open-weight models that handle Thai well and fit the hardware, such as the Llama, Qwen, Gemma or Typhoon families.
  • Served through Ollama or vLLM, with an API existing systems call just like an outside provider's.
  • RAG over internal documents, answering with the document each answer came from.
  • Hybrid: general work on cloud models, sensitive data on the model inside the organisation.
  • Access rights, and a usage record for every person and every agent.

ERP: one set of data for every department

ERP is the core system finance, purchasing, stock, sales and HR all share. We fit it to the way the work is really done, either built new for the job or connected to and extended from what the organisation already runs, and add AI where it genuinely helps, such as reading documents with OCR, summarising figures, or warning when a number looks wrong. FinanceHub, our accounting system that issues every document from quotation to withholding-tax certificate, is the groundwork for this.

  • Finance, purchasing, stock, sales and HR modules on one database.
  • Built for Thai practice: VAT, withholding tax and PromptPay.
  • Connected to existing systems, sales channels and LINE OA.
  • Data migrated from the old system, with training for every department.

Installing ThinkOS in your organisation

ThinkOS is the platform we run our own company on every day, and this line installs it inside a client's organisation, on its own servers or in the cloud, with user accounts, access rights and a connection to the Local LLM or to cloud models, so the team can direct AI agents, run projects and keep its knowledge in one place.

Data that arrives on its own

An agent is only as good as the data it can reach, so this line lays the pipes that bring data from every source into one place on schedule, and says at once when one of them stalls.

  • Data strategy and executive dashboards, so every department reads the same numbers, with a Data Assistant to ask follow-up questions in Thai.
  • Data pipelines and ETL automation: extracting, transforming and loading from several sources into one place on schedule.
  • Cloud infrastructure on GCP, Azure, AWS or DigitalOcean: environments kept apart, access rights, backups, and someone still looking after it after handover.
  • Deploy & Scale: a release path that runs the same way every time, health checks, and capacity added as the work grows.
  • IoT and connected systems on site, delivering readings and alerts in near real time.
  • AI project portfolio management: every project against its targets on one page, with AI to ask follow-up questions.
