ThinkVerse Frontier is the line that builds the technology. We develop AI solutions, agentic AI, applications built on large language models, software, web and mobile apps, and AI products of our own, and run R&D on the new capabilities that arrive almost every month. Most of this line's work today is AI agents that take a whole job and work through it in steps: reading documents, looking things up, calling other systems, then handing the result back for a person to check. We expect AI to keep climbing towards the era of Super Intelligence (SI), so what an organisation needs now is not one more chatbot. It is systems designed for AI to do real work under human direction, ready to take the next generation of models the day it ships.

Agentic AI: from an assistant that answers to a team that acts

The first AI most organisations met answered questions. Agentic AI is different: it takes a goal, plans the steps, chooses its tools and keeps going until the job is done. We design agents to work as a team, each with a clear job, only the access it needs, and points where it must stop for a person to approve anything that cannot be undone.

• AI agents that pull data from websites and documents, including .html, .docx, .pdf and online spreadsheets, turn unstructured content into tables, and go on to produce reports and dashboards.
• Multi-agent workflows that split a large job between several agents working side by side, one searching, one writing, one checking, with the result brought together for a person to approve.
• Agentic coding: our own team writes, fixes and tests code with Claude Code and Codex every day, with an engineer checking the work before it reaches a client.

LLM applications connected to what the organisation knows

An LLM that does not know your business can only answer in general terms, so we connect the model to the documents, databases and channels your customers and staff already use, and its answers can rest on the organisation's own information.

• A customised chatbot that answers on LINE OA, web chat or internal systems, and genuinely knows your business.
• A RAG knowledge assistant that answers from your own documents and always says which document the answer came from.
• A Data Assistant that reads the charts on a dashboard and explains them in Thai.
• A Document Generator that drafts correctly formatted Thai announcements from a few lines, plus text-to-speech, speech-to-text and an Image & Avatar Generator.
• Sentiment analysis that reads the mood and the issues in what customers and staff write, as used in Empath AI.

Software and mobile apps with AI inside

We design and build software end to end: web apps, back-office systems, and mobile apps on iOS and Android, from the first screen to the store and on after launch. The apps we make today carry AI inside the work itself rather than as a chat button stuck in a corner, and much of it is where apps worldwide are heading, already shipped in apps of our own.

• Real-time voice conversation with AI: speak, hear the answer, interrupt it as you would a person.
• On-device AI running on the phone itself, Thai speech and audio models included: fast, and the data never leaves the device.
• Snap a photo and AI reads it: a meal becomes nutrition data, a document becomes a table.
• In-app AI assistants that carry a task through to the end, not just answer questions.
• Health data from watches and wearables, with the user's permission.
• Over-the-air updates, so fixes and features ship fast without a fresh store review every time.

Besides building to a brief, we make products that more than one organisation can use, and every one of them has a working system you can try, not just a picture on a slide.

• FinanceHub, AI accounting that issues every document from quotation to withholding-tax certificate, with OCR that reads financial paperwork.
• AI Sales Dashboard and Marketing Analysis: daily sales forecasts, basket analysis and the real effect of discounts.
• An AI Customer Data Platform that merges customers from every channel into one record, then recommends products person by person.
• Predictive Maintenance, which says which equipment should be serviced first.
• AI Social Publishing: AI writes the article, makes the artwork and publishes to the website and the page, the same system that runs our own page and news site every day.
• Platforms, websites and mobile apps that put AI in the user's hand: corporate sites, platforms, and apps on iOS and Android.

R&D: we try it first, so clients do not have to

A new model arrives almost every month, and not every one suits real work. The Frontier team tests new models and tools on our own work first, measuring quality, speed and the cost of each call, and only takes the ones that pass to clients. Current research covers computer vision, such as reading CCTV footage to measure traffic density, health data from wearables, and designing agent systems safe enough for an era when AI keeps getting more capable, all the way to SI.

The technology we actually use

We are not tied to any one vendor, and we choose tools to suit the problem. Work that takes several steps of reasoning and has to call other tools uses agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. Answers that must cite internal documents use RAG against the organisation's knowledge base. Forecasting uses machine learning, image and CCTV work uses computer vision, and where the source material is not text to begin with, OCR or speech systems convert it first.

How we work with you

We find the problem before we choose the technology, because the best solution on technical grounds is not always the one that suits the work on the ground. A project usually runs through these four stages.

• 1. Discovery. We go and look at the work as it is actually done, trace where time and cost are being lost, and take on the problem with the best return first.
• 2. Prototype. We build a prototype on your own data so you see results quickly, before committing to the full investment.
• 3. Integration. We connect to the systems you already run: ERP, CRM, HRIS, internal databases, or chat channels such as LINE OA.
• 4. Deploy & Handover. We go live, measure, tune, then hand over with documentation and user training.
