Once an organisation can read data from watches and wearables, the next question is what the person wearing the device gets out of it. This is the product layer that sits on top of that integration work. We design the screen someone opens every day to answer three things: how far short of today's target they are, which way the last few weeks have gone, and what changed since last week. On top of that sit reminders that only fire when there is a real gap, weekly summaries written by AI in plain Thai, and a clear division of labour between the watch and the phone. All of it supports the person and the clinician looking after them; it does not diagnose.
Who it is for
Organisations already collecting health data about their members or staff but with no user-facing app for it: workplace wellbeing programmes, clinics, health-food businesses, and services that need to stay with a person after a course of treatment ends.
The screen a person opens every day
A wearable sends in dozens of values a day: step counts, heart rate, hours of sleep, plus the weight and blood pressure a person enters by hand. Put all of it on the home screen and what you have built is a wall of numbers that looks impressive and tells nobody what to do next. So the home screen answers three questions only: how far short of today's target you are, which way the last several weeks have gone, and what changed since last week.
The gap has to be written out as a number, the amount still left to reach today's target, rather than a ring that is partly full and leaves the arithmetic to the user. Trends have to be read over weeks rather than off a single day, because one short night says very little while a seven-day average that keeps falling says a good deal. And a day when the device sent nothing has to read as no data, not as zero: zero means the person did not do it, which is a different thing from taking the watch off to charge.

Reminders that have to earn their place
This is where a lot of health apps die. They notify every day at the same hour with much the same message, the user switches notifications off within a few weeks, and after that nothing can reach them at all, including on the day there is something worth saying. So we treat the right to interrupt as a limited resource to be spent carefully, not a channel that stays open for anything.
A reminder that does go out has to be tied to a gap you can point at: a weekly target that is still behind with two days left, several short nights in a row, or something the person asked to be reminded to log and has not logged. The message says what can be done right now and carries the button that does it, rather than offering encouragement in the abstract. Around that sit a cap on how many go out in a week, quiet hours that are respected, and automatic backing off: if the same kind of reminder gets no response several times over, it comes less often. Delivery can be in-app or through LINE OA, whichever the person prefers.

The watch and the phone doing different jobs
A watch face has room for one piece of information and one button. That leaves the watch three jobs: a glance at where today stands, a short prompt that arrives at the right moment, and logging something in a single tap, such as water drunk, medication taken, or a walk started. If a thing needs long scrolling or typing to answer, it did not belong on the watch in the first place.
The phone takes everything else: history, charts across weeks, correcting an entry that was wrong or logged twice, setting targets and reminder times, and the detail behind whatever the watch only glanced at. Both surfaces read and write the same records, so the number on the wrist never contradicts the number in your hand, and anything tapped while the watch is offline is held on the device and sent up on reconnect without being counted twice. iOS and Android are both supported.

Where AI genuinely helps, and the line we do not cross
AI does four things here. It writes the week up in plain Thai, saying what improved, what slipped and what is worth attention next week, in place of a seven-day table of figures. It reads several signals at once to point out patterns nobody spots looking at one chart at a time, for instance that the weeks with later bedtimes tend also to be the weeks with less morning activity, always naming the period the observation was drawn from. It answers questions about the person's own history, such as how many hours a night they averaged last month or how many days they reached their step target, from that person's records only, and says so plainly when there is not enough data to answer. And it reads meals from a photograph, the work we have already built into the HEALTH ME app, returning energy and nutrient values with a confidence level that the user can correct before saving.
Then there is the line. A system like this supports the person and the clinician looking after them; it does not diagnose. It does not tell someone what condition they have, it does not adjust medication, and it is not a substitute for being examined. A value outside its reference range is shown next to that range with a prompt to speak to a doctor, not with an explanation of what the number means. What the app is genuinely good at is getting somebody into the consulting room with a complete, readable record instead of a recollection of how the last month went. Who that record is shared with, for how long, and when that stops, is the user's decision.
