The obstacle with most dashboards is not a shortage of data; it is that the reader does not know where to look first. Data Assistant makes the starting point an ordinary typed question. The user says what they want to know in the chat window, and the system replies in Thai, short enough to read in a few seconds. No clicking through filters, no remembering the names of measures in the report.

It reads charts as images, not just text
What sets it apart from an ordinary question-and-answer chatbot is that it accepts images. The user takes a screenshot of the chart they are looking at, attaches it to the chat with their question, and the system reads what is in the picture and summarises it back. In the example on the Predictive Maintenance dashboard, the answer covers metrics such as total tickets against newly opened and closed ones, the products with the highest Downtime hours, and average time to resolution and the SLA Compliance rate.
This relies on multimodal models from OpenAI and Google Gemini, which process image and text together, so it works even on charts that have not been connected to the system through an API.
