What slows the drafting of an announcement down most is usually not the content but getting the first sentence down. The system turns the job into filling in a form instead: the document title that goes on the top line, the subject of the announcement, and a prompt describing what you want to communicate, which can be typed in Thai or English. Then add the signatory's name, their position and the date of the announcement. Leave the date field blank and the system uses today's date automatically.

The more detail you give, the closer the draft
The quality of the draft depends mainly on how clear the instruction is. The more context you specify (the areas affected, who has to comply, and what you want them to do), the closer the draft will be to what you need.
