ภาพประกอบ Hourly time-slot booking platform for multi-venue operators

Most businesses that sell time by the hour still take bookings over chat, which leaves the real availability in the owner's head alone and turns a single booking into several rounds of conversation. This system moves that timetable onto the web so customers can select their own slots, with a management screen for each venue owner. ThinkVerse AI has already built one, Harmoniq, a booking platform for music rehearsal rooms that brings studios from across the country into one place.

Search first, then choose the time

The user starts by searching on venue name or area, narrows it down by province, and can view results on a map. The listings carry everything needed to make a real decision: the review score, how many rooms are open for booking, the starting hourly rate, and the equipment in the room. With all of that in the listing from the outset, customers can narrow the options down themselves without messaging each venue in turn.

  • Search by venue name or area, with a province filter
  • See locations on a map
  • Listings show the score, the number of rooms and the hourly rate
  • The equipment in each room is shown

A timetable you select from yourself

The heart of the system is a booking screen that lays the whole day out as a grid of time slots. The user taps the slots they want, and can select several adjacent slots for a longer session. The booking summary alongside recalculates every time a slot is added or removed, showing the date, the time range, the number of hours, the full price, any discount that applies and the final total. The discount rules for booking several consecutive hours are built into the system, so they come off automatically instead of having to be negotiated.

User accounts, and a management screen for venue owners

On the user side, people can sign in straight away with a Google account, cutting out the registration step that so often loses them, and can look back over their own bookings. On the operator side there is a separate management screen for each venue, covering rooms, time slots and incoming bookings. That structure lets the platform take on new operators without changes to the system.

  • Sign in with a Google account
  • A booking list for the user
  • A venue management screen for each owner
  • New operators can be added to the platform
