A Generative AI training programme designed so that teams understand the technology, use it, and get real value from it. It comes in two tracks: Core Learning, which runs from ChatGPT basics up to a Python Developer Bootcamp for building and deploying Gen AI work; and Discovery & Strategy, which helps an organisation find the right problems, prioritise them, and set a framework for data governance. The content of every course can be adapted to the organisation's actual work.
Who it is for
Organisations that want their staff to use Generative AI in their day-to-day work, from front-line teams through to executives making strategic decisions.
The Core Learning track: from the basics to real use
This track starts with using the tools competently, then works up to programming on top of them and putting the results into live use. Every class ends with work the participants have done themselves, not just a lecture they sat through.
- ChatGPT Essentials for Business, 2 days, 30 participants: how to use it, basic prompting, and building a working project
- Generative AI for Specific Business (Marketing, HR and so on), 1 day, 30 participants: Gen AI for particular business functions, ready to apply
- Workflow automation (make.com, n8n), 1 day, 30 participants: the fundamentals of AI workflow automation, with a project built in class
- Python Developer for Gen-AI Bootcamp (Build & Deploy), 5 days, 30 participants: Python for beginners, advanced prompting, APIs, RAG, fine-tuning and deployment
The Discovery & Strategy track: find the problem before you start
Before investing in AI, an organisation needs to know where to begin and where the risks sit. This track is a set of workshops for the people who make those decisions, running from capturing real pain points and turning them into use cases and prioritising them, through to a framework for data governance and model risk.
- AI Requirement Discovery Workshop & Strategy Roadmap Clinic, 2 days, 20 participants: mapping pain points to use cases, vision, prioritisation matrix and ROI canvas
- Data & Governance for AI, 1 day, 30 participants: PDPA, model risk and a governance framework
Courses adapted to each organisation's context
The content is adapted to the participants' actual work. One example is a one-day course for an education organisation: the morning covered an overview of AI with hands-on practice on real tasks, data security, and data analysis for decision-making; the afternoon moved on to creative and marketing work (website design and UX for schools, using AI to create images and animation as teaching material, and online marketing to attract more students); and the evening closed with building a real AI project, with immediate guidance on turning it into an action plan.
What participants take away
Every course is designed to close the weak points and build on the strengths that are already there, across strategy, data and risk management. Participants leave with a project they built themselves in class, and an approach they can apply to their day-to-day work the next morning.
