The price is settled on the booking screen
The service list shows a starting price for every job from the outset. Inside a service, the user selects the conditions that change the price themselves (the size of the unit being installed, how many units, and add-ons such as extra pipework by the metre or additional wall drilling), with the price difference stated against each option and the total moving in front of them. The same screen also gives the time the work takes and the length of the warranty, so the customer can decide everything before booking, instead of waiting for a technician to survey the site and only then learning the price.

Four steps the customer can complete alone
Booking is reduced to four steps the customer can walk through from start to finish: choose the service; fill in the booking details, checking the total and picking an address, date and time; pay by scanning a PromptPay QR code; then follow the job. The tracking screen gives the current status, details of the technician who took the job and the progress of the work, so the gap between paying and the technician arriving is not one the customer has to ring about.
Both sides on the same system
A platform like this only works when demand and supply are both inside the same system. The customer side therefore has booking, job tracking and a coin scheme for attaching membership promotions, while the technician side has a route to sign up as a partner and take jobs from the system. Both the web and the app switch between Thai and English, and every job runs on the same set of data, so administrators can see how much work is coming in, who has taken it and where it is held up.
