We focus on building and delivering modern technology solutions (AI and Generative AI in particular) and on fitting them into the processes an organisation already runs. Most of our work starts from the things people repeat every day: reading documents, answering the same questions again, pulling data together into a summary, or guessing what next month will bring. We turn those into systems that can do the work instead, while keeping every step open for a person to check the result.

What we build in this area

The scope here is broad, running from intelligent agents that work through a task step by step on their own, to models that predict customer behaviour and systems that analyse images. All of it we have built ourselves, and there is a working system you can try.

• Agentic AI & Auto Process: AI agents that pull data from websites and documents, including .html, .docx, .pdf and online spreadsheets, turn unstructured content into tables, and go on to produce reports and dashboards automatically.
• LLM Integration, connecting an LLM to your organisation's knowledge base: customised chatbots that answer through LINE OA, web chat or internal systems, and a Data Assistant that reads the charts on a dashboard and explains them in Thai.
• Sales & Churn Prediction and Predictive Maintenance: models that forecast sales, show which customers are about to drop away, and time equipment maintenance before something fails.
• Recommendation System & Basket Analysis: analysing which products tend to be bought together and how sensitive they are to discounts, and making individual recommendations through a Customer Data Platform that merges customer identities from several channels into a single Golden Record.
• Sentiment Analysis: reading the mood and the issues behind written feedback, from customers and from staff alike, as used in the Empath AI and ThinkMate AI tools.
• AI Customization: bespoke work for a specific brief, such as a Document Generator for drafting Thai official announcements, text-to-speech and speech-to-text, an Image & Avatar Generator, an accounting system with OCR that reads financial documents, and CCTV image analysis for traffic work.

How we work with you

We find the problem before we choose the technology, because the best solution on technical grounds is not always the one that suits the work on the ground. A project usually runs through these four stages.

• 1. Discovery. We go and look at the work as it is actually done, trace where time and cost are being lost, and take on the problem with the best return first.
• 2. Prototype. We build a prototype on your own data so you see results quickly, before committing to the full investment.
• 3. Integration. We connect to the systems you already run: ERP, CRM, HRIS, internal databases, or chat channels such as LINE OA.
• 4. Deploy & Handover. We go live, measure, tune, then hand over with documentation and user training.

What you get

A project ends with a system your team can start using themselves the following Monday, not a report that is read once and set aside.

The technology we actually use

We are not tied to any one vendor, and we choose tools to suit the problem. Work that takes several steps of reasoning and has to call other tools uses agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. Answers that must cite internal documents use RAG against the organisation's knowledge base. Forecasting uses machine learning, image and CCTV work uses computer vision, and where the source material is not text to begin with, OCR or speech systems convert it first.
